Motor Vehicle Collision in Grimsby Injures Pedestrian

A two-car accident  in Grimsby at approximately 7:30 a.m. on Tuesday morning (April 29) resulted in a pedestrian behind hospitalized.
A motor vehicle was travelling eastbound on Livingston Avenue by Kidd Avenue in Grimsby when it crossed into the westbound lane colliding with a motor vehicle travelling westbound.
The eastbound vehicle then left the roadway and struck a pedestrian on the north sidewalk. The pedestrian was transported to the Hamilton General Hospital where she was treated and is reported to be in stable condition.
The injuries do not appear to be life threatening. The driver of the eastbound vehicle was charged with Careless Driving under the Highway Traffic Act of Ontario.
