Big band, big crowd, big successful event

What was just shy of a sold out crowd took in a great night of food, music and beverages Saturday at Twenty Valley Golf and Country Club as part of A Taste of Our Town.

Beth Wagner, chair of library fund-raising committee of the Our Town, Our Time campaign said the event could not have gone better. She thanked the event’s major sponsor, Jennifer Hopkins, noting, “Jennifer’s choice of entertainment was simply the best,” referring to the George Lake Big Band.
