The driver and passenger of the 2006 Pontiac were seriously injured and transported to the Hamilton Health Sciences General Hospital for treatment. The driver of the 2006 Hyundai was transported to the West Lincoln Memorial Hospital with minor injuries and later released.

This collision remains under investigation by Detectives of the Niagara Regional Police – Collision Reconstruction Unit.
