Record day!

The Grimsby Firefighters Association held its Boot Drive on Saturday and brought in a record $10,000 in donations. Grimsby resident Cyndi Love, centre, makes a donation flanked by Rick Boyd, left, and Ron Bergshoeff.

Proceeds will be split between Rose Cottage Visiting Volunteers, an in-home hospice care program and Vallery Halladay, a Grimsby native who was made a quadriplegic after a swimming pool accident.
