Grimsby Festival of Arts Takes 2015 Off

Due to circumstances beyond the control of the organizing committee, The Rotary Club of Grimsby and Community Living Grimsby, Lincoln, West Lincoln regret to announce that the Grimsby Festival of Arts will not be held in 2015.

The organizers have encountered conditions that would be unfair and unacceptable to the exhibitors, sponsors and patrons.

After much deliberation it was decided to give the 48th Grimsby Festival of Arts a year off and address all of the mitigating circumstances that lead to this regrettable decision.

The Grimsby Festival of Arts has been a major source of funding for both the Rotary Club of Grimsby and Community Living GLWL. These two organizations wish to present the Grimsby Festival of Arts as a first class event, providing a venue that allows artisans from across Ontario to exhibit and sell their works of art.

Unfortunately, under the current conditions the committee felt it would be more prudent that the event be rescheduled.

The Rotary Club of Grimsby and Community Living GLWL would like to thank all the exhibitors, sponsors and patrons for their many years of support and apologize for any inconvenience caused by this decision. Every effort will be made to bring the Grimsby Festival of Arts back to the community in the near future.
