Huge opening for Waterview

When is a grand opening too good? When it has to be extended into a second day just to accommodate customers.

That was the case with Waterview Condos Phase II opening on Saturday.

“We decided to extend the Grand Opening by one more day,” said Shaheryar Mian of Waterview, who noted Phase I is 80 per cent sold with first move-ins planned for July/August 2016.

“The response has been very positive. Everyone loves the building and say it reminds them of a “Five Star resort in Miami Beach”.
